Hike: Austin – Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk

Austin Skyline from Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk

During a recent trip to Austin, Texas, we finally managed to walk the Lady Bird Lake Boardwalk. This was less a hike and more a walk, but beautiful nonetheless. You’ll get a great view of the ever-changing and ever-growing Austin Skyline. During my very first visit to Austin in 2006, you could easily make out the “Owl” Building or Frost Bank Tower. It’s so difficult to see now, though it’s…

I love my Team!

It has been an amazing Team in Training season and I wish I would have shared more with you as we trained. We had some fun moments learning THE BIG RESET & sumo-style stretching.
