It’s January 3rd and all your New Year’s resolutions about healthy living and exercising more are alreday tumbling? Now, mine are still strong and here are a few titbits that get me going (plus my inner nagging voice, but we already know that…).
According to a Taiwanese study, if you exercise only 15 minutes 6 days a week, you’ll live 3 years longer.
Other research suggests that 2.5 hours of exercise a week decreases the risk of heart disease by 14%.
And my favorite (proven by my own self study) is that exercise makes you happier. Another study suggests that 45 minutes of cardio exercise 3 times a week boosts energy and reduces stress.
