‘Tis the season after all…
I have been struggling with getting the right composition for making chia pudding. I know life can be harsh sometimes…
It all seemed so easy when I first tried it, but I could never quite get the mix right and it was either too much in chia seeds or too much in liquids.
But I finally got it! DRUMROLL!!
It’s pretty much a 1:2 ratio: 1 part chia seeds and 2 parts liquids.
Ingredients for chia pudding with pumpkin spice:
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- pumpkin spice to taste
Some people use coconut milk. Try it and let me know how it tastes!
Add fruit as you wish. Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mangoes, anything you like.
I put mine in a small jar and left overnight in the fridge. And it finally turned out well (after about 15 failed attempts)!
