What’s in my fridge and pantry?
Answer: So much inspiration for another kale recipe. Who needs to go shopping and buy crazy rare ingredients for healthy snacks? Not me!
I am a runner, so bananas and peanut butter are a staple in my house. And this kale smoothie tasted awesome!
Here is the super easy kale smoothie with bananas and peanut butter:
1 cup kale
1 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
6 oz coconut milk
1/2 cup cucumber
6 oz filtered water
Throw it all in a blender and you are done!
You may think, but why cucumber? Well, it was in my fridge sitting all alone. It gives the smoothie a hint of freshness in taste.
