This week’s kale smoothie recipe with cucumber, blueberries, and chia seeds.
1 cup kale
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
8 oz apple juice
Just watch out: The chia seeds take on the liquid and become jelly. Drink fast or stir often.
I loved this one. The chia seeds give it a very different texture and the blueberries make this one a dark purple smoothie rather than a green smoothie. 🙂
